A Gentle Start to Learning

At Rajaram Memorial Public School, our Nursery program provides a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment for your child's first steps in education. We focus on nurturing their curiosity, fostering social skills, and building a strong foundation for future learning through play-based activities and a child-centric approach.

Our Nursery Program Philosophy

Our Nursery program is built on the belief that children learn best through play and exploration. We provide a safe and nurturing space where young learners can develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills at their own pace. Our experienced and dedicated teachers act as facilitators, guiding children's natural curiosity and fostering a love for learning from an early age.

We emphasize a child-centered approach, recognizing the unique individuality of each child. Our curriculum is designed to be engaging, interactive, and developmentally appropriate, incorporating a blend of structured activities and free play. We aim to create a joyful and stimulating environment where children feel secure, valued, and eager to learn.

Key Aspects of Our Teaching Methodology:

  • Play-Based Learning: Integrating play into all aspects of the curriculum to make learning fun and engaging.
  • Hands-on Activities: Encouraging active participation through art, craft, music, and sensory experiences.
  • Thematic Approach: Organizing learning around interesting themes to connect different concepts.
  • Individualized Attention: Recognizing and catering to the diverse learning needs of each child.
  • Positive Reinforcement: Encouraging and appreciating children's efforts to build their confidence.

Nursery Admission Process

We strive to make the admission process for our Nursery program as smooth and transparent as possible. Here are the step-by-step guidelines:

  1. Inquiry and Registration: Parents can inquire about the Nursery program through our website, phone, or by visiting the school campus. Upon satisfaction, they can obtain the registration form and submit it with the required documents and a registration fee.
  2. Document Submission: Along with the registration form, parents will need to submit the following documents:
    • Child's birth certificate (original for verification, photocopy for submission)
    • Passport-sized photographs of the child (2-3 copies)
    • Address proof of parents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Passport, Electricity bill - any one)
    • Passport-sized photographs of parents (1 each)
    • Previous school records (if applicable)
  3. Interaction/Informal Assessment: We conduct a brief and informal interaction session with the child and parents. This helps us understand the child's readiness and allows parents to learn more about our teaching methodology. The interaction is age-appropriate and focuses on basic recognition, communication, and comfort level.
  4. Merit List and Selection: Based on the registration details and the interaction, a merit list of selected candidates will be prepared and displayed on the school notice board and our website.
  5. Admission Confirmation and Fee Payment: Parents of the selected candidates will be informed, and they will be required to complete the admission formalities by submitting the required admission fee within the stipulated time.
  6. Orientation Session: Before the commencement of the academic session, we conduct an orientation session for the parents and the new students to familiarize them with the school environment, teachers, and the curriculum.

We believe in building a strong partnership with parents to ensure a happy and successful learning journey for your child in our Nursery program.
